まるでホラー映画のシーン見たいに、雲の壁が海の方から押し寄せて来てビックリ！いざ、ガードウッドへ。
Leaving Anchorage, it was like a scene from ‘The Fog’ or something. A belt of clouds coming closer from the ocean!

スワードハイウェイ。夏は最高の景色らしい。
Scenic Seward Highway. Guess I have to come back in summer.

以前は西武が所有していたホテルアリエスカに入るとシロクマがお出迎え。
You will be greeted by a polar bear when you walk into the Hotel Alyeska, originally owned by the SEIBU group of Japan.

ゴンドラに乗ってスキー場のてっぺんにあるレストランで食事。

玄関出たらビックリ！本当に歩いているんですよ！あまり近寄るなと怒られましたが、見れると本当にラッキーな気分！
Opened the door and there he was. I feel lucky when I see a moose walking around. Don’t get too near….

始めてのオケ合わせ。ステージでオケと歌うと本当に気持ちが引き締まる！

ホールも響きがよかったし、コーラスも皆やさしいくて楽しい練習だった。

The Bald Eagle, the national bird and symbol of USA, greets the Alaska Railroad. Wow!!

サーモンが海から入ってくる入り口の一つ。
The entrance for the salmon to enter the lagoon from the ocean.

発見の多い、楽しい一日でした。

広大な風景の中, 練習が始まって、興奮が止まらなかった。
北側にはアメリカ最高峠マッキンリー山も！！

ビルの9階の練習スタジオは響きが良くて歌いやすかった。
夜景も最高！
